Our luxury salon is by appointment only because we respect you and your time. If it is your first time at HAIR, we’ll be in touch with you before your appointment to discuss your goals and understand your specific needs. We’ll be totally candid about your goals, the costs, time constraints, and other considerations you may have before your appointment. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by our welcoming staff ready to accommodate you. If you have questions or concerns before or after your appointment, we’re always here for you.

We promise to provide a luxury experience that will satisfy your expectations. Our stylists are educated and qualified to perform a variety of indemand services. If we have any concerns or hesitations regarding your hair goals, we’ll be upfront with you from the very beginning and create a plan that can make your goals reality. We will always go above and beyond to serve you and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Our intimate salon allows us to serve you one-on-one and we’ll focus on you the entire time. We want you to LOVE your hair and the experience.

We are dedicated to teaching you everything you need to know about your hair. We’ll provide you with expert advice and recommendations so that you feel confident about your style. We take the integrity of your hair into consideration and will always provide professional opinions so that you can have healthy and beautiful hair. We also are actively sharing tips, product reviews, and hair hacks on our social media so that you can have expert hair advice no matter where you are. We love our hairdressers and we know you do too! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or  reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or  cancelled within the 48-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full  scheduled service price. We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-Show + Late Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment over the phone or through text message or email reminders. We will secure each guest’s billing information on file prior to scheduling any service. When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. If necessary, the next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending the missed or late-cancelled appointment (including missing appointments  due to late arrival).

When a no-show and/or late cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our hairdressers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdressers’ time as much as we try to respect yours. Thank you for your cooperation!

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock on site at the salon, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied in these situations.

All gratuity is included in all services to ensure a luxury experience. This will speed up your check out process and make it one simple transaction. We believe by creating this policy it helps to level up our industry and shows true professionalism. 

Due to safety considerations, children (ages 12 and under) are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child (age 12 or under) to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.
