How To: Recover from Stress Related Hair Loss
It has happened to all of us. π How do we combat stress related hair loss, together?
Hereβs a few of my tips and tricks to help, some I have even used personally.
Life, school, work, kids, family, relationships.. (the list goes on).. can be stressful and it is not your fault if you are experiencing hair loss. Although addressing the issue isnβt always fun, letβs talk about a few ways we can fight to fix the problem! Always remember, you are never alone in this journey of hair loss!
β¨ Manage your stress!
Try meditating or doing yoga daily. Have an outlet for stress and always pause and give yourself time to truly breathe and be in the moment in order to prioritize what matters and what truly needs your attention along with your mental space.
β¨ Be kind and gentle to wet hair!
Your hair is at its most fragile state whenever it is wet. This is when most breakage and loss occurs. Be mindful of this and prevent further damage and hair loss by being extra gentle to your wet hair.
β¨ Check your diet and add in some vitamins.
Iron deficiencies are linked to hair loss. Visit your doctor and have your levels checked to see what could be missing in your diet to help prevent future loss and maintain gorgeous, strong hair.
β¨ Scalp massage nightly!
Scalp massage is widely beneficial for hair loss. Scalp massage wakes up those hair follicles and promotes new hair growth from within. Do it nightly for best results!
