We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you must cancel within the 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.
Life is crazy and things happen! We completely understand. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will always do our best to still fulfil your appointment if you run late. Please let us know as soon as possible if you may run a few minutes behind.

None! Gratuity is already included within our salon pricing to make checkout speedy and easy for everyone.
Due to safety concerns, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the salon UNLESS they are receiving a service themselves. If a client brings a child under the age of 12 with them to their appointment, they will have to reschedule their service for a later time when the child will not be accompanying them.
